Election Promise

I said to the voters of College Ward that the only promise I would make was to do my best for all of you, regardless of your political persuasion. I know it will mean a lot of hard work over the coming months, but I have never been afraid to work for our town, many of you know I am passionate about it, and I will do my best. I am so proud that such a large number supported me on 1 May - now I will support all of you. Best wishes Lloyd Surgenor
